The challenge

The problem we set out to solve

  • The agency sits between schools and a large pool of teachers and administrative staff — coordinating who works where, when, and for how long.
  • Schools must verify each person's identity before approving them to work; in an education setting, trust is non-negotiable.
  • Hours worked at each institute have to be captured accurately, because schools pay staff through the agency based on that time.
  • Doing all of this manually, across a large roster, is slow, error-prone, and hard to audit.

How we solved it

We built a single platform that manages the whole lifecycle — onboarding a person into the talent pool, a school verifying their identity, tracking time on the job, and reconciling the payments that flow from school to agency to staff.

Role-based access keeps each party to exactly what they need: the agency manages the pool and payments, schools verify and approve staff and confirm hours, and staff submit their time.
